ISO 9001:2008 adalah satu standard yang menggariskan asas-asas utama bagi mewujudkan dan melaksanakan Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti (SPK) yang berkesan dan menepati tujuan penubuhan serta cekap dalam menghasilkan output atau perkhidmatan yang memenuhi kehendak dan pengharapan pelanggan serta pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan dan selaras dengan ketetapan peraturan dan perundangan yang berkaitan.

Skop pensijilan kami adalah PROSES PENGURUSAN PENGAJARAN & PEMBELAJARAN (P&P) yang merangkumi aktiviti pengajaran & pembelajaran untuk semua program akademik sepenuh masa.

WHAT IS AN ISO ?
  • ISO = International Organization for Standardizations, established in 1947
  • It is an association of approximately 150 national standards bodies, each representing their own country
  • It employs a system of technical committees, sub-committees and working groups to develop and update the set of standards
WHAT IS AN ISO 9001:2008 ?
  • It is a Quality Management Standard = Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti (SPK)
  • To establish, upgrade and CERTIFY organization's Quality Management System (QMS)

    What a simple yet nice blog u've here.. About the content, there is nothing i can comment since u r more expert about the ISO compared than me. As for the content structure and organization, congratulation.. :) u've done a great job.. All the text/content are easy to read, no clash of color. It just that the logo for KPTM and ISO are shrink a bit compared to the original ratio. Maybe u need to find some1 that able to modify/edit the blurred logo.. :) The rest are great.. :D
